Madam Speaker, on the evening of Thursday, July 14, 2022, I was unavoidably detained and failed to record my vote on Roll Call No. 346, DeGette of Colorado Part A Amendment No. 456 to H.R. 7900; Roll Call No. 347, Evans of Pennsylvania Part A Amendment No. 461 to H.R. 7900; and Roll Call No. 348, Connolly of Virginia Part A Amendment No. 495 to H.R. 7900.

Had I been present, I would have voted YEA on Roll Call No. 346, YEA on Roll Call No. 347, and YEA on Roll Call No. 348.
