The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Anna G. Eshoo, Anna Eshoo for Congress, refunded $2,800 to Anne De Cesare on October 11, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Anna Eshoo for Congress refunded $9,150 total since May 1.
