On Friday, Jan. 31, former Christian Brothers High School standout Hannah Tandy’s current college team, the Cal State San Marcos Cougars, won 11-8 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Hawaii–Hilo Vulcans.

The game took place at OC Great Park. This was their first matchup against the Vulcans this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 8:30 a.m. at OC Great Park against Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks.
